Susanne KnowlesAs a Consultant and Executive Coach, Susanne specialises in leadership development, organisational culture, organisation development and organisational effectiveness to support companies achieve their vision and mission. Engagement with and empowerment of staff become part of the solution.

As a Psychologist, Susanne has 20 years’ experience in organisational, counselling and educational settings. She worked in the Education Department as a Senior Guidance Officer and in a Family Relations Centre as a Counsellor to children and adults experiencing trauma, abuse and domestic violence.

As a University Lecturer, Susanne taught MBA students at the Queensland University of Technology (School of Business) and psychology students at Griffith University (School of Applied Psychology). She was also an Auditor with the Australian Universities Quality Agency for a time.

As Deputy Director-General of the Department of Training and Industrial Relations in Queensland, Susanne was responsible for the oversight of TAFE Queensland and Corporate Services for the department.

As Academic Director of the Australian College of Natural Medicine (now Endeavour College) she was responsible for the leadership of over 200 sessional and permanent teaching staff over 5 campuses in 3 states; she managed the re/accreditation of 20 VET programs and 6 degree programs.

Marty is a qualified and accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an accredited Executive and Organisational Coach. He has 12 years’ experience as a Coach and 6 years as a Leadership and Organisational Coach working in large corporate organisations. He is also a Keynote Speaker, Workplace Trainer, Facilitator and Author.

Grant has over 30 years experience in developing leaders in the Defence Force, Corporate and Not For Profit Sectors and in his own businesses. Currently, she holds the role of Chairperson for the Australian Board of NLP ( Heidi ‘s qualifications also include a Masters in Adult Education and a Bachelor Degrees in Psychology & Communication. Heidi has studied NLP with some of the world leaders in NLP and continues to up-skill herself personally and professionally. With a background in Corporate Human Resources and Operational Management, Heidi has been working in the field of Human Development since 1992. She is the co-author of the book 30 Days to NLP.
