What is coaching?
For those of you who have never experienced being coached, or would like to know more about how to coach, Coaching Demonstrations are conducted in capital cities to give people the experience of being coached or seeing others coached.
What we’ve found in the past, when we’ve conducted these demonstrations, is that people are more than happy to put themselves forward to be coached. They don’t necessarily have a big issue to be coached on – just the ‘usual’ issues such as:
- Work / life balance
- Time management
- Conflict with a neighbour or co-worker
- Lacking direction in their life / career
As the Coaching Demonstration progresses, the client gains better awareness of their situation and what they need to do. They finish feeling enthused about what they have committed to doing next.
